HipVan
Restructured Meta & Google Shopping with cleaner product feeds.

The challenge
HipVan was already running Meta and Google campaigns, but spend was scaling faster than returns — a common ceiling for furniture e-commerce, where high price points and long consideration windows make every ad dollar harder to justify. Performance visibility was patchy, so it was difficult to tell which products and audiences were actually driving profit.
The objective
Grow paid acquisition while lifting return on ad spend — not just more orders, but higher-value purchases at an efficient cost.
What we did
We restructured the Meta and Google Shopping accounts around best-performing product categories, rebuilt and cleaned the product feed so listings competed on more than price, and rebuilt retargeting audiences to focus on high-intent shoppers and higher-value baskets. A consistent creative-testing cycle kept the best-performing angles in market.
The result
5.1× ROAS within six months, with clearer performance visibility across channels.
We engaged the team to improve our performance marketing across Meta and Google. They brought a structured approach to campaign optimisation, creative testing, and product feed improvements. We saw clearer performance visibility and improved efficiency across key acquisition channels.
